Shriners Hospital for Children - Canada has a three-part mission to achieve one goal: to change and improve lives.

We do this by providing the highest quality of care to children with orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions. We conduct research to gain knowledge and develop new treatments, and provide educational opportunities for physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Another way we help the children who come to our hospital from across Canada and other countries is by educating health care professionals. Shriners Hospitals for Children – Canada offers educational opportunities in a variety of specialties, through courses, lectures, seminars and workshops. In addition, our physicians and clinicians are known for sharing their experience and knowledge with medical communities around the world, so that more children may be helped closer to where they live.
